Relationship Manager - Private Banking Position Title Relationship Manager - Private Banking Location Palo Alto, CA 94301 Job Summary This role will provide personalized banking services to financial institution customers. Pay Range: $84,878 - $112,463 - $140,049 Job Responsibilities: Oversees all aspects of account management, including new account opening, follow-up, communications, maintenance. Develops and expands existing relationships including sales efforts; supports business developers in acquiring new business endeavors. Provides ongoing relationship servicing with current clients to maintain goodwill and gain additional business; handles sensitive client relationships and larger client needs. Analyzes problems; answers inquiries for a client; researches and responds accordingly; may coordinate with other departments as needed. Coordinates and assists back office personnel in resolving credit problems, delinquent payment issues, and other related affairs. Reviews various reports including check fraud, significant activity, significant change, large deposit, detailed transaction report and month-end reports; investigates & approves when needed.
