Assembler 1

Hours: 1st shift, 6:30am-3pm Monday through Friday

Pay: $18/hour

Job Description:
This is a production role focused on the assembly of electronic printed circuit boards (PCBs). Attention to detail, quality, and a positive attitude are key. Key Responsibilities: * Perform manual assembly of PCB-related products * Use hand tools and equipment to assemble components according to work instructions * Accurately record production data in Factory Logix * Inspect own work to ensure quality standards are met * Participate in Lean/Continuous Improvement activities * Maintain a clean and organized workstation

Requirements & Qualifications: * Must be dependable, punctual, and able to adapt to fast-paced environments * Basic computer and data entry skills required * Able to read and understand English-language work instructions and technical documents * Basic math skills * Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills * Strong attendance and reliability are critical for this role
