KBR’s National Security Solutions team provides high-end engineering and advanced technology solutions to customers in the intelligence and national security communities. The Agile Coach provides coaching on lean and agile frameworks and the application of practices across technical and organizational systems. Responsibilities include coaching teams transitioning from Waterfall to Agile, identifying dysfunctions and offering solutions, implementing Agile practices tailored to team needs, supporting teams through the work lifecycle, evaluating agile practices such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean, SAFe, capturing feedback for continuous improvement, and acting as Scrum Master as needed. The position requires an active TS with SCI eligibility clearance, a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of relevant professional experience, 2+ years in agility training/coaching, Agile certifications (CSM or ACP), experience with Agile Transformations, Jira, and Cameo. Desired skills include experience with DevSecOps and agile transformations from traditional development processes. The role is on-site at Offutt AFB, Nebraska, with minimal travel (0-20%) and standard working hours. This is a contingent position based on contract award.
