With over 20 years of experience, we specialize in janitorial services for multifamily buildings and support large-scale construction and property management firms. We’re growing—and looking for an organized, reliable, and proactive Administrative Operator to join our team and help streamline operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle scheduling and dispatch coordination for cleaning crews
• Maintain project records, quotes, contracts, and work orders
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Assist in onboarding and supporting field staff
• Organize and manage files, spreadsheets, and internal documentation
• Support operations, HR, and billing tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication (English required; Spanish a plus)
• Tech-savvy: Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Excel, and task trackers
• Experience in admin, office support, or operations (1–3 years preferred)
• Proactive attitude—you don’t wait to be told what to do

Bonus If You Have:

• Experience working with service businesses or field teams
• Knowledge of HubSpot, QuickBooks, or workforce tracking software
